I agree with the link worker projects in principle. However, projects have a start, middle, and end. The question really should be. Was the link worker projects a project that was never fully funded in the first place? If it was not funded as part of the budget, should the project ever started. The Scottish Government doesn't think long term. If they did the focus would be on funding social enterprises to develop long-term affordable outcomes.
